              <p> This hotel is a smoke free hotel. Smoking is not allowed in any part of the hotel premises.</p>
			  <h2>CANCELLATION(S) POLICY</h2>
			  <p> Cancellation(s) and/or   amendment(s) are permitted only 48 hours prior to arrival (4.00p.m. local hotel   time 2 days prior to arrival).In case of late cancellation(s), late amendment(s)   and/or non-arrival(s) your debit/ credit card will be charged for a one night   stay&rsquo;s penalty. </p>
              <h2>EARLY DEPARTURE(S) POLICY</h2>
              <p> Guest(s) checking out prior to   confirmed departure date will incur a one night&rsquo;s accommodation. To avoid   charges please inform front desk before 4.00p.m. a day prior to your new   departure date. </p>
              <h2>CANCELLATION(S) / AMENDMENT(S) BY US</h2>
              <p> In the unlikely event that   we have to change or cancel your reservation(s), we reserve the right to do so.   If this does arise you can: a. Accept the changed arrangements as notified. b.   Cancel your reservation within our cancellation policy (48 hrs prior to arrival)   and receive a full refund of any monies paid.</p>
              <h2>PAYMENT POLICY</h2>
